This notice explains how The Order of Prometheon Ltd handles personal data collected through aiprometheon.com. It is written to be read in a few minutes.
Who we are

What we collect
Through the contact form
When you write to us, we receive what you enter:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your message about your project, company or brand, and anything you include in it.
All four are needed so that we can reply. The form does not ask for sensitive personal data, so please do not include any in your message.
Through our servers
When you visit the site, our servers log your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use these briefly, for security and rate-limiting, to protect the site and the contact form from abuse.
How we use it and why
We use personal data only for the purposes below. Each one has a lawful basis under UK GDPR.
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Reading your enquiry, passing it to the right person and replying. | Legitimate interests: answering the people who contact us. |
| Taking steps you ask for before any agreement, such as preparing a proposal. | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. |
| Keeping the site and the contact form secure, including rate-limiting. | Legitimate interests: protecting our systems and the people who use them. |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights and interests. You can object at any time; see Your rights.
Who receives it
Two kinds of service provider handle personal data so that your enquiry reaches us:
- our hosting provider, which runs this website and the server that receives the contact form. That server keeps a copy of each enquiry as a record that it arrived;
- the email services that deliver your enquiry to our team: the provider that operates the mailbox our team reads enquiries in, and the email-security service that screens mail on its way there.
Nobody else receives it, unless the law requires us to disclose it. We never sell personal data.
Some pages also load files directly from third-party content networks, which see your IP address when they serve them. See Cookies and third-party content.
International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. When personal data leaves the UK, it is protected in one of two ways: the destination is covered by UK adequacy regulations, or the transfer uses an approved safeguard, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data, both the email in our team’s mailbox and the copy on the server that receives the form, no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it. Server logs are kept only briefly, for security and rate-limiting. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time; see Your rights.
Cookies and third-party content
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.
Some pages load interactive 3D components and code libraries from third-party content networks:
- prod.spline.design and cdn.spline.design — an interactive 3D component on the homepage, and the runtime files that display them;
- cdn.jsdelivr.net — code libraries.
As with any web request, these networks receive your IP address as part of serving the files.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right:
- to access the personal data we hold about you;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to have your data erased;
- to restrict how we use it;
- to object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- to data portability, where that right applies.
Some of these rights have legal limits. If one applies to your request, we will tell you.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first.
How to exercise your rights
Write to us through the contact form, and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We will reply within the period UK GDPR sets, normally one month.
